Hailing from Bettendorf, Iowa, Ruthie fell in love with Naples and moved here full time in 2014. With an extensive background in International Business and Marketing, Ruthie holds both Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designations.

With a proven track record of successfully guiding clients through the intricacies of the real estate transaction process, Ruthie’s strengths lie in her skilled market analysis and marketing strategies, contract negotiations, and her exceptional customer service.
